The RAE Play Developmental League combines high-level player development with the energy and excitement of recreational league play.
RAE PLAY is the next step in the RAE Player Pathway—designed for INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED players ready to DEVELOP their skills and COMPETE at a higher level.
Building on our DISCOVER beginner programs, including After-School Enrichment at Carrollton, Gulliver, St. Stephen’s, St. Thomas, St. Philip’s and Key Biscayne, RAE PLAY bridges the gap between learning the game and competitive lacrosse—all without families having to leave Miami-Dade.

RAE PLAY addresses a growing need in our community: a next-step lacrosse experience for young athletes who have a solid foundation and basic skill set that are ready for more. After helping to build the game across Miami and working with boys and girls through our Discovery/Beginner level programs, it’s time to offer something more in a player’s lacrosse evolution - without the time, cost, or burnout of traditional travel teams and club programs.

Players will be placed on balanced RAE Play teams and compete within their age division throughout the season, building toward regular-season league play, playoffs, and a RAE Play Championship.
No tryouts. No travel. Just great coaching, lots of touches, meaningful competition, and FUN.

If a class is canceled due to rain, we will make up the time by adding 30 minutes to each of the final three sessions , making them two-hour practices. This adjustment applies only once for the season, regardless of the number of rain cancellations.
