As a former Pro Athlete and leader of our Miami based company RAE All Day, my mission is clear: to inspire athletes to become the best versions of themselves, both on and off the field. My coaching philosophy centers on skill development and character building - fostering Respect, Attitude, and Effort (RAE) as core values for every player. By equipping athletes with tools to self-regulate and approach challenges with the right mindset, I help them succeed in sports and in life.

Success is not just about wins - it's about the process and creating a culture that drives long-term, positive change. That’s why I believe in the RAE method. It’s a proven approach to transforming mindset, unlocking the full potential of athletes, and creating success on and off the field. It's igniting a movement - one I call the "RAEvolution."

Girls/Boys New to the sport? Join us for ModCrosse where we Jumpstart your lacrosse career and introduce you to this amazing sport in a fun and safe environment. No gear/equipment required - just a lacrosse stick!
You will quickly find out we put the FUN in FUNdamentals!
We cover a Topic of the Day: Scooping, Cradling, Catching, Throwing, Dodging, Defense, Shooting. We get amongst it with fun drills or games incorporating and highlighting the Topic of the Day.
The importance of displaying RAE character traits and team culture - a mindset each players controls - will be reinforced and highlighted throughout the session, on and off the field.
We encourage parents to join us for this hour of lacrosse development. That way they will learn the proper skillz, methodology & RAE culture they can take home with them so the entire family can get more reps and continually improve their game together – more lax time with your kiddos means less screen time, more connection, presence and positive family time.
