Introducing EDGE WORKOUTS—specialized training sessions crafted to give you the physical and mental edge needed to elevate your game this offseason!

With over 40 years of lacrosse experience, Coach Matt brings his deep knowledge and passion to small group sessions, focusing on specific areas where players need improvement. By incorporating targeted drills that hone in on key aspects of the game, he ensures players refine their skills through repetition, leading to noticeable performance upgrades.

Training alongside your school or club teammates builds the rapport and trust that are essential on game day. The more reliable you are, the more playing time and touches you’ll earn. Teammates will want to pass to you, and coaches will want you in the game!

WHAT YOU NEED

Full equipment & lacrosse stick

Full water bottle - get ready to sweat!

Wear sunscreen
Girls - please wear trainers/running shoes or cleats (depending on surface), athletic wear, a lacrosse stick & eye goggles if preferred

Boys (Full Gear) - as above plus lacrosse stick, shoulder pads, arm/elbow pads, gloves & helmet
Please be dressed and ready to play 5 minutes before your session starts.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
There are only 7 Edge Workout time slots offered in Sept/Oct - space is extremely limited and filled on a first come, first served basis.
​
​Edge Workouts is a GROUP program for 8 weeks. Most groups will consist of teammates from school or their club team that want to work together towards achieving their goals to improve this off season. Edge Workout Groups are closed to the public for walk ups or drop ins.
​
​A parent in your group will act as team leader and help coordinate their group (of at least 2 players) to secure their preferred time slot for the 8 week program.

Step 1. Team parent get a group together of at least 2 players

Step 2. Contact team@raeallday.com listing

a) Subject: Edge Workout Fall Request (INSERT -> Team Parent Name)
b) Your preferred day/time (see menu above)
c) Contact details for the parents of your group of players.
Step 3. Team RAE will confirm availability.

Step 4. Once confirmed Team RAE will email the group with full program, registration and payment details.
Step 5. Done!

INVESTMENT
6 players = $50 per player/session
5 players = $60 per player/session
Pricing is based on a sliding scale depending on number of players. A group of 6 or more is locked in at $50 per player. That price goes up on a sliding scale as the number of players decreases (example: 5 players = $60 per player).
