At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: reps matter! Reps, reps and more reps are the key to mastery. By practicing the right techniques consistently, players build strong habits they can rely on both on and off the field. Every session is intentionally designed to maximize touches, engagement and growth.

Players are met where they are and challenged to RAEz their bar - both physically and mentally.

Our proven methodology builds a rock-solid foundation in the fundamentals before progressing into more advanced concepts.

    🥍Scooping 🥍Catching 🥍Passing 🥍 Shooting 🥍 Dodging🥍Defense

Each day features a Topic of the Day to give players purpose and clarity. Instruction comes to life through high-energy drills and small-sided games where players apply what they’ve learned in real-game situations. Effort, focus and growth are always recognized and players are RAEwarded for hard work and dedication.

Beyond lacrosse, our days are intentionally balanced with RAE Bootcamps, which include:

      🏃 Yoga 🏃Plyometrics 🏃 Strength and Conditioning

It’s a community where players build friendships, memories and positive habits that remain long after the program ends. Come be part of the RAEvolution this summer - train with purpose, leave stronger, more confident and ready to make an impact both on the field and in life.

Join us for a week of growth, competition, and lacrosse fun!
