Join us for an action-packed 4 day lacrosse mini camp over the holidays! It's the perfect chance for parents to DROP + SHOP while their kiddos get their workout in 💪. This unique mix of lacrosse training and scrimmages is the perfect way to celebrate the lead up to the festive season while leveling up as a player, teammate, and leader.
LAX TRAINING & SCRIMMAGES
Our training sessions focus on the essentials:
• Ground Balls, Stick Work & Topic of the Day - tons of touches in a high-energy atmosphere that builds confidence and fundamentals 🥍
• Fun Drills and Scrimmages that highlight the skill work of the day 💥
CONNECT & RAEflect
We’ll wrap up with lunch + RAEflection time to celebrate effort and teamwork.
🏅 Players of the Day (POD) will be recognized for outstanding Respect, Attitude, and Effort.

ModCrosse/Beginner - please wear cleats, hat and athletic wear (If you do not have a lacrosse stick, you can borrow one)

Girls Experienced - as above plus lacrosse stick, eye goggles/protective eye wear

Boys Experienced - as above plus lacrosse stick, shoulder pads, arm guards, gloves & helmet
